Flat Rock Village Bakery specializes in organic artisan wood-fired breads but now offers an array of items including hand-tossed wood-fired pizzas, freshly-made salads and sandwiches, rustic pastries, brownies, cookies and organic dark-roasted coffee. Everything is made from scratch using fresh ingredients

The morning menu changes daily depending on availability of ingredients and season but regularly includes muffins, scones, rustic danishes, cookies, brownies, croissants, bagels, biscotti, granola and more.

Organic, hand-made artisan breads are made fresh daily in the wood-fired brick oven Tuesday – Saturday and are available after 9:00 a.m.
